The Lake at White Oak Subdivision is in southeast Baton Rouge, bordering the Amite River which forms the boundary line between East Baton Rouge and Livingston parishes.  It is, in effect, on the "outskirts" of the city.  We are a covenant controlled neighborhood. Our goal is to provide a park-like setting for our homeowners. Our covenants and restrictions require each homeowner to maintain their property according to rules that are designed to ensure a pleasant, safe, and well kept neighborhood.
