We are so happy you have decided to make The Lake at White Oak neighborhood in Baton Rouge, Louisiana your home.  Since July 1985, a team of homeowners joined together to form The Lake at White Oak Homeowners Association (HOA) and The Lake at White Oak Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  This team has been hard at work in maintaining and improving the neighborhood.

Over the coming months we look forward to meeting you whether it be walking down the streets, our monthly meeting, a welcome social, or a community activity.

The goal of The Lake at White Oak HOA and ACC is to create the most enjoyable, safe, and community oriented neighborhood in East Baton Rouge Parish Community.  We are so fortunate to live in a community that appeals to all types of families.

We have created this website for The Lake at White Oak Homeowners - so you can find everything you need to know about our neighborhood and our community.  Please take time to look around this site for the rules and restrictions, architectural request forms, committee information, neighborhood events, secured neighborhood forum and more.
